Passion Fruit Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 Handfuls of Ice
- 1 Frozen Banana (for lower fructose, freeze green tipped bananas)
- 1 Ripe Passion Fruit (Passion Fruit is ripe when it looks shriveled and brown)
- 2 Scoops Great Lakes Gelatin Hydrolysate (A good source of protein & good for gut health)
- 1 Cup canned full fat Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1 Handful organic Spinach
Directions:
Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend and enjoy!
