Passion Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Handfuls of Ice
  • 1 Frozen Banana (for lower fructose, freeze green tipped bananas)
  • 1 Ripe Passion Fruit (Passion Fruit is ripe when it looks shriveled and brown)
  • 2 Scoops Great Lakes Gelatin Hydrolysate (A good source of protein & good for gut health)
  • 1 Cup canned full fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1 Handful organic Spinach

 

Directions:

Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend and enjoy!
