At these visits, you will receive guidance on the program and your program will be fine tuned to ensure it completely matches your specific requirements. This program includes an additional 4 visits, usually one per month, to monitor your ongoing progress. Although every case is different, we often hear enthusiastic reports of impressive results from patients in as little as 6 weeks. The fastest recoveries are often from those who have most closely adhered to their recommended Nutrition Therapy Program and made positive changes in their diet.

Whole Foods Nutrition Program
The Whole Foods Nutrition Program consists of four group sessions running from 45 to 60 minutes. Participants can sign up for the full program at $100 or one session at $30. Additionally, one-on-one Whole Foods Nutrition Counseling sessions are available. The cost is $60 for a 45-minute personalized session.
The Whole Foods Nutrition Program consists of the following sessions:

Session 2 Creating a Whole Foods Kitchen
Session 3 Transitioning to a Traditional Diet
Session 4 Planning & Preparing Meals

Acupuncture Programs & Services
Acupuncture treatments are highly effective in treating a variety of medical conditions and in removing any blockages to healing.
We offer:
- Medical Acupuncture with Moxa and/or Electrical Stimulation

For acute conditions, a program of 1 to 4 treatment sessions is typically recommended. Chronic conditions usually require 4 to 10 treatment sessions.
Hormonal Balancing Therapy
Hormonal Balancing Therapy is highly effective in evaluating and restoring hormonal and metabolic balance to women and men. Hormonal Balancing Therapy heals the underlying glandular imbalance that causes menopausal symptoms. It is NOT based on the use of bioidentical hormones that mask vs. heal the underlying glandular imbalance.
Imbalances can be detected using simple, non-invasive saliva testing and corrected using whole food nutritional supplements and high quality liquid herbal supplements.
Therapy typically lasts up to three months, depending upon the severity of the hormonal imbalance. Once the glands have been healed, women and men are able to return to a normal and fully functional state of health.

We have developed a program at Dr. Dan’s using Acupuncture that greatly assists people who are ready to stop smoking. Acupuncture has been proven highly successful in reducing nicotine cravings and reducing the stress and jittery nerves typically associated with smoking cessation. So many people fail at smoking cessation when the nicotine cravings, stress and jittery nerves get the best of them. It doesn’t have to be that way.
