Dr. Dan’s 21 Day Purification Program checklist so you can be ready to start right away after the first class:
____ Stock your refrigerator with Organic salad greens & other organic vegetables such as broccoli, green beans, yellow beans, onions, peppers, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, etc.
____ Stock your freezer with organic frozen berries (to add to your protein shakes)
____ Stock up on fresh Organic fruit such as blueberries, strawberries, bananas, avocados, apples, pears, oranges
____ Stock 1 bag of dried Lentils; Soak overnight 2 cups of the Lentils in filtered water + 1 Tbsp. sea salt. Then cook the next day in filtered water, sea salt, pepper, cumin, etc. Drain and refrigerate for easy access.
____ Stock 1 bag of brown rice or wild rice. Soak overnight 2 cups of the rice in filtered water + 1 Tbsp. sea salt. Then cook the next day in filtered water; drain and season with salt. Refrigerate for easy access.
____ Ready your blender on the countertop; you’ll need this to make protein shakes 2-3 times/day
